The hot leaching method of ore processing is based on the physicochemical properties of the NaCl-KCl-H2O system whereas the floatation method of ore processing is used to manufacture the reddish-pink standard and granular potassium chloride
The processing of potash ore involves several steps such as the formation of molds from the minerals that are then shaped into different shapes and sizes before being sent to different industries for various purposes. The first step is that of identifying the mineral compositions of the ore and setting up the required amount of pressure. After this, the ore is broken down into different phases such as solid, liquid, or gas. The next step involves the conversion of the clay to potash which can be done by subjecting it to high temperatures and then grinding it.
