The field of neuroscience has opened up a new avenue for the treatment and rehabilitation of brain-damaged patients

Neuroscience is one of the branches of medicine, which includes brain surgery, neuropsychology, and behavioral neurobiology. It is also called neurological surgery. The first Neurosurgeon, Marcusius Alzheimer (better known by his code name, a diagnostician of NefauLS), was responsible for the first complete neurological diagnosis and treatment in history. The major areas of focus of neuroanatomy are neurology, cognitive, somatic neuroscience, behavioral, psychoneuroimaging, and clinical neurophysiology. Some other subdisciplines of neuroanatomy include electrophysiology, neuropsychology, neuropsychiatric neuropsychology, and noninvasive neurophysiology.

Neuromyelology is the study of the neurological system. It is a multi-disciplinary science that combines anatomy, physiology, molecular biology, genetics, neuroanatomy, computer science, and brain science to study the basic and underlying properties of neurons and their synapses. Neuromuscular pathways have a crucial role in the functioning of our nervous systems and any dysfunction in these pathways could affect brain functions to a great extent. Neuromyelologists, therefore, need to be highly skilled physicians who possess exceptional skills in diagnosing and identifying disorders and diseases using advanced diagnostic and imaging technologies.

It has made great contributions to understanding the human brain and how it functions. The field of neuroanatomy has greatly contributed to neurology as well as to psychiatric and psychological illnesses. The field of neuroscience provides valuable information on the function of brain neurons, synapses, dendrites, and myocardiaries. The development of sophisticated tools and techniques for the study of brain function and anatomy is due to the rich and diversified sources from which the information has been gathered and has helped to establish important concepts in neurology and clinical neurophysiology. A neuroimaging is another field that is an advanced computerized image-processing method using magnetic resonance imaging and image data of the human brain or any other material. This technique helps us to determine the location, orientation, and dynamics of individual brain cells.
